Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There is no phone call, no email to write and nobody to persuade.
When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your subscription then stops and you are not charged again.
Refunds
We do not automatically refund part-used periods, because you keep access for the whole period you paid for.
We will refund you in full if:
- you were charged after cancelling;
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- the service was unavailable for a prolonged period and you could not use what you paid for;
- you bought by mistake and tell us within 48 hours, before making real use of the product.
Outside those cases, write to us anyway. We would rather sort out a genuine problem than argue about it.
How to ask
Email he***@******os.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 working days.
How long a refund takes
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Email credits
Purchased email credits do not expire and are not refundable once used. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
