These terms govern your use of Kudexa OS, operated by SVJ SYSTEMS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED
What Kudexa OS is
Kudexa OS is a subscription software product delivered over the web. It helps consultants and independent operators write and schedule content, run a newsletter, publish landing pages and manage the people who come in through them. It is delivered entirely online. Nothing is shipped.
Your account
You need an account to use Kudexa OS. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to the email address it is registered to. One account is for one person or one business.
Subscription and payment
Kudexa OS is sold as a recurring subscription at ₹2,499 per month, billed in advance. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Prices are shown on our pricing page and include applicable taxes where stated.
What you may not do
You may not use Kudexa OS to send unsolicited email, to upload lists of people who did not agree to hear from you, to send anything unlawful or misleading, or to attempt to access another customer’s account or data. We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will tell you why.
Your content is yours
Everything you write, upload or import stays yours. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train anything. We process it only to run the product for you. You can export it at any time.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and problems outside our control can interrupt it.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may end your access if you breach these terms, and we will give you notice and a chance to put it right unless the breach is serious.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost data.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
